What We Believe
We believe communicating with credibility, impact, and influence is the number one skill in business today. The Speaker’s Choice ™ works with companies and business professionals to improve spoken communication, interaction, confidence, and trust with your clients and internal audiences. Our training and coaching emphasizes three major areas – Mechanics, Messages, and Mindset. To empower our clients, the methods used by the team at The Speaker’s Choice™ includes: video-recording with balanced feedback, group and individual coaching, role playing, and real application and practice of our suggested techniques.
At Its Core
First, the Mechanics of communication – voice, eye contact, posture, listening, giving feedback – are important facets of effective communication. Our workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions help people change and polish the way they interact with others to improve engagement, enhance their presence and build trust.
Second, we provide tools and coaching to help people develop Messages that target the needs and interests of specific audiences; deliver clear ideas and information in a concise way; and incorporate specific actions to increase sales, build a strong public image and get results.
Third, we deal with Mindset – the attitude, belief, and perspective that drives our approach to communication. It can create the biggest barrier or breakthrough to successful communication and leadership. Self-awareness is the first step toward mastering one’s Mindset. The results of personality and strength assessments combined with customized coaching helps our clients shift the way they approach people and projects to improve effectiveness and productivity almost overnight.
How We Work
To empower our clients, the methods used by the team at The Speaker’s Choice™ includes: video-recording with balanced feedback, group and individual coaching, role playing, and real application and practice of our suggested techniques.
